In a karst cave at the source of the Huowang River in Na'e Village, Dongjing Town, Tianyang District, Baise City, Guangxi, the local public security bureau organized a multi-agency cave diving rescue mission. During this operation, Ocean Plan deployed an Underwater Communication and Navigation System to build an in-and-out cave communication and positioning network. This system enabled commanders to monitor diver locations in real time and mark target areas with underwater locator beacon, thereby enhancing rescue precision, search efficiency, and overall safety.
