At an offshore wind farm in Bohai Bay, Shandong, technical divers performing underwater exploration beneath the wind turbine foundation unexpectedly discovered a population of Sebastiscus marmoratus, which holds important implications for regional marine biodiversity research. Throughout the mission, Ocean Plan's Underwater Communication and Navigation System provided a stable underwater support environment, allowing divers to track each other's movements effectively and improving both safety and coordination.
