Recently, the Ocean Plan team traveled to Shanghai and Beijing to participate in 3 major professional exhibitions:
Yangtze River Delta International Emergency Disaster Reduction & Rescue Expo
China (Beijing) Military Intelligent Technology & Equipment Expo
China International Police Equipment Expo
At these exhibitions, Ocean Plan made a strong impression with a range of its "Underwater Communication and Navigation System" equipment and solutions. These covered various application scenarios such as reconnaissance, police security inspections, emergency water rescue, and underwater missions. The rich product lineup and cutting-edge underwater communication and positioning technologies attracted numerous professionals for in-depth exchanges. Many users gave high praise to the system’s stability, flexibility, and task adaptability in complex water environments.
World’s First Innovation · Ushering in a New Era of Underwater Safety
At these exhibitions, Ocean Plan unveiled a pioneer product — the Diver Physiological Monitoring System, a breakthrough in cutting-edge technology. It marks the first time real-time, comprehensive underwater physiological monitoring of divers has been achieved, representing a significant leap forward in the digitalization of diving safety.
This monitoring system, independently developed by Ocean Plan, can track vital signs such as heart rate in real time. Worn on the upper arm before putting on a diving suit, the physiological data collected underwater is wirelessly transmitted and fed back to command personnel either above or below the water in real time.
Whether in closed-circuit rebreather (CCR) dives, high-risk engineering tasks, or public safety dive operations, the system offers significant safety assurance, continuously providing vital physiological references for the command team.
Surface personnel monitoring diver's physiological status in real time
This Shanghai-based expo focused on the development of capabilities for responding to natural disasters and emergency rescue, attracting professionals from fire departments, emergency management, and volunteer rescue organizations.
In water rescue missions, divers often face challenges such as low visibility, limited communication, and difficulty in positioning—all of which severely impact collaboration and safety. Ocean Plan’s independently developed underwater communication and navigation system provides real-time voice command, precise diver positioning, and underwater target marking capabilities. It helps emergency response teams establish an efficient and controlled underwater collaboration system, significantly improving mission success rates and ensuring personnel safety.
Exhibit at Shanghai Emergency Expo – Product Display and Demonstration
This expo highlighted the modernization of national defense and cutting-edge military technologies, attracting wide attention from military research institutions, special operations forces, and equipment users.
For complex missions such as frogman coordination, underwater reconnaissance, mine disposal, and covert communication networking, Ocean Plan’s underwater communication and navigation system integrates multi-mode communication, precise navigation, underwater networking, and diver physiological monitoring. The result is a comprehensive underwater combat command platform that combines data feedback and multifunction integration — providing strong technical support for special forces performing high-risk underwater operations.
Exhibit at Beijing Military Expo – Onsite Display
This year’s Police Expo focused on the practical application and intelligent upgrade of police technology and equipment, drawing numerous professionals from public security, SWAT, special duty units, maritime police, and underwater security departments for in-depth discussions.
Underwater police operations — including counter-terrorism, inspections, mine search and disposal, evidence collection, and water patrol — demand high accuracy in underwater positioning and communication coordination. Ocean Plan’s underwater communication and navigation system supports real-time voice communication between divers and command, mission area marking, and dive activity management. It significantly improves response efficiency, information synchronization, and mission coordination, while ensuring diver safety.
Exhibit at Beijing Police Expo – Product Display and Explanation
Ocean Plan has long focused on underwater mission scenarios in military, police, emergency, fire, and rescue operations. Adhering to the philosophy of "technology serving real-world missions," the company continuously refines product performance and user experience through practical applications, paying close attention to product detail.
This trio of exhibitions served as an important platform for Ocean Plan to showcase its core achievements, engage with user feedback, and explore real-world scenarios. Dedicated to “For Life and Exploration,” Ocean Plan will continue to stay rooted in frontline operations, maintain industry leadership, and provide top-tier underwater communication and positioning equipment.
